Hi, I’m Claire

Designer, website maker, mother of 2, Irish expat, lover of inky pens & dedicated to helping you get leads and clients with your website.

Your site is a business asset, a pretty important one. You don’t have to be a web expert to get it right but you don’t have time to try out endless random ideas either.

There are thousands of blogs and webinars out there, telling you all the things you should do, it gets a bit overwhelming.

There’s really only one thing to focus on. Forget about coding or choosing the font and colours that are just right… focus on how your site visitors feel. When they experience you online, can you make them say to themselves…

“This is exactly what I’ve been looking for.”

My Story

I set up Claire Creative in 2012 (as a branding and web design service). I was expecting my son at the time and I wanted to be flexible and free to be with him and keep doing the work that I loved.

One night, about a year into the business I was sitting at my kitchen table, it was way past midnight (not an uncommon occurrence). My baby boy was asleep, my husband was asleep and I was sitting there at my laptop clicking away trying to get a client’s website finished. I was deciding on images and wording for the home page and I just thought…”What am I doing?” It was far too late to email the client with questions, so I was going to have to make big design decisions without their input!

“What am I doing?”

I felt stuck. My business was growing, but I constantly felt stressed out. I never had a break. I wasn’t looking after my health. This business that I had created to be more available for my family was taking up all my time. I needed to make changes but I didn’t know how.

It took me 3 more years and another baby to make real changes.

My clients look to me to get unstuck. They’re frustrated. They don’t feel in control of how they get clients and they waste time tweaking small details. I help them see the big picture.

If you’re tweaking and constantly redesigning you may be caught in a loop of busy work! Let’s talk!

There is so much ‘noise’ online. Blog post and webinars popping up all the time, telling you to build an email list, grow your social media followers, start a YouTube channel! I collaborate one-on-one with my clients to find the right development plan that will attract their ideal clients. Forget about what the rest of them are doing, you can do it your way.

I work face to face* with my clients throughout the process. They never have to wait for a developer to answer their emails. My process has communication and collaboration as its foundation!

I use Zoom for video consultancy so it doesn’t matter where you’re located as long as you have an internet connection.

Shall we get started?

…let’s have a chat to see if I can help you get unstuck!
