Finding the right online business idea
Finding the right online business idea

Today we are talking about getting your idea ready for business. This little tutorial is a little snippet of my online business course.

Have you ever wondered if some idea could bring you money online? Maybe there is something that you’ve wanted to develop for a long time, maybe you have a bunch of ideas that you are trying to choose from. Today I want to talk to you about how to choose the right idea, that’s going to make you money online.

There are three simple rules that you should follow:

Your idea is your passion

The right idea is something that has meaning for you, something that you passionate about – maybe something that you’ve been interested in since childhood, maybe it’s an interest that you developed as an adult, maybe that has been a consistent theme throughout you entire life, something that has meaning for you.

There are a couple of reasons why you’d start there. Running an online business, setting up an online business, there is a lot of time and effort and sometimes money involved in setting it up, so you want to make sure that you are putting all that time and effort in something that you believe in.

Something that has resonance for you and something that you’re passionate about, because there will be tough times in setting up your online business. There will be challenging times, that don’t always work straight away. But if it’s something that you really believe in and you really are passionate about, you’re going to have that energy and that drive to see it all the way through. That’s the first thing that you should know in the process of choosing the right idea for your online business.

Your idea earns money

The right idea is also something that you can potentially earn money with. You are passionate about this idea and you believe in it, but you have to consider how you will make money with it.

So maybe it’s something you love to do, but you have to imagine how people will pay money for that product or service, whatever your idea is. You need some kind of calculations as to whether this idea is going to actually make you any money or you will be spending resources on making the product and promoting a product without actual return.

Your idea fills the need

The right idea also fills the need of other people. So, you’re passionate about your idea, it can make you money and the final ingredient of the perfect formula is demand – it is something people want or need. It sounds so obvious, but if you go through those three things and your idea is still something that you want to develop, you’re on to a winner.

You are passionate about it, it can make you money and people actually need it or want it – those three things are the foundation, the very starting point of any idea. Once you understand them, you can start going on to developing your massage.

In the course I created – the “Idea blueprint” it brings you step by step through the process of defining your idea, finding an audience for it, how to get in front of people and how to set up as many systems as possible so that the work that you are doing is actually the work that you enjoy. The starting point is that your idea has a purpose, if you have a sense of meaning to your idea, thinking of where it came from and why this specific idea is the one you are going to develop, everything after that is going to be even easier. That sounds a little bit abstract. If it’s something that you’re passionate about, if it’s something that you know people want and you know it could make you money, think about the reason that you’re doing this. OK, quite often you’re starting an online business, because you want to make a few quick, but that is not the reason that you’re doing it. The reason that you are doing it is because you passionate about.
